St. Mary's Limavady is committed to working closely with our families to ensure the best possible experience at the school. With this in mind and with increasing use of digital communication we have teamed up with SIMS to use the SIMS Parent App as the primary method of communication with you. This can be downloaded from most App Stores onto your device.

The App allows a live communication, in the form of notifications, with the school regarding:

• Timetable

• Attendance

• Homework

• Achievement and Behaviors

• Reporting and Assessment

• Teacher Comments

• Merit System

In order to register for the App the school

requires an email address to send the initial

registration email.

We also use SIMS InTouch for communication through text and email. Through this we would inform you about upcoming events, activities, reminders and important letters. School Reports are now also sent via this method. This will go directly to the email account that you have provided us with. Since Sept 2019 we have been moving towards paperless communication

In the event of an emergency or for prompt communication you may also be contacted via telephone. It is important that we have your most up to date information.
